We believe the arts bring people together. If you want to help make creative things happen in Mount Kisco, we would love to have you on the team. There is a place for friendly first-timers and for folks with professional skills.

Ways you can help

Event day
Greeter, usher, hall monitor, box office and check-in, info and merch table, setup and teardown, stagehand, artist hospitality, accessibility support, kids crafts and family activities, runner.

Creative and communications
Photography, videography, graphic design, website updates, social media and live updates, copywriting.

Outreach and admin
Street team and tabling, sponsorship and business outreach, grant research and writing, data entry and email list support.

If you have a skill we did not list, tell us. We are open to ideas.

What to expect

  1. Sign up. Complete the form so we can match you to the right roles.
  2. Confirm. We send a quick email or text before each event.
  3. Show up. Arrive a few minutes early, check in, get a lanyard, and a quick briefing.
  4. Support. Help guests have a great experience. Staff will be nearby if you need anything.

Time commitment

Most shifts are 2 to 3 hours. You choose how often you help. One-time, monthly, or a few times per year are all welcome.

Accessibility and inclusion

We welcome volunteers of all backgrounds and abilities. Tell us about any accommodations you need and we will do our best to support you. Many roles are seated or light duty. Accessible routes and priority seating are always a focus.

For students and groups

We are happy to sign community service forms. If you have a club, team, or workplace that wants to volunteer together, we can set up a group shift.

FAQ

Do I need experience?
No. We will show you what to do. Some roles benefit from prior experience, but most do not.

Is there an age requirement?
Volunteers under 18 need a parent or guardian to consent. Roles that work with kids may require screening.

Will I be on my feet the whole time?
Not always. Many roles can be seated. Tell us what you prefer.

What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes. We provide a lanyard or badge.

Can I bring a friend?
Yes. Ask them to fill out the form so we have their info.
